Water Street by the Park: On Sale Summer 2021

WaterStreet

Water Street by the Park is the newest addition to Kelowna’s rising skyline.

Located next to City Park on Water Street’s 1600 block, the sprawling 3-tower development encompasses 559,000 square feet of mixed-use residential and commercial space.

This multiphase project got the go ahead from city council in January 2021 and should be fully constructed in 2 to 4 years (2023 to 2025).

If you already live here, you’ll see a massive crane go into place when construction starts in Summer 2021.

Record-breaking Elevation

The awe-inspiring triple tower design by HDR Architecture Associates includes 3 towers of 24, 26, and 42 storeys.

When it’s completed, the 42 storey tower will be the tallest building in BC’s interior region at 132.7 meters (442 feet).

Water Street by the Park offers 650 residential condominiums including 1, 2, and 3 bedroom corner units.

Each condo unit has a private 200 square foot terrace. West-facing units will get the best views of Okanagan Lake, downtown Kelowna, and the William R Bennett Bridge.

Next-Level Amenities

The 43,000 square feet of exclusive amenities space is one of the most exciting aspects of Water Street by the Park.

A mass timber skybridge running parallel to Water Street will connect the tallest towers, creating a modern outdoor living space that gives residents a fun way to visit the neighbors.

The exclusive recreation facilities include a year-round heated swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, gas fire pits, communal barbeques, and gorgeous views overlooking City Park, The Sails, and the Kelowna Yacht Club.

Inside the building, lucky residents have access to a fully-equipped workout facility, a golf simulator & putting green, and a movie theatre.

Remote workers will appreciate the on-site office space and quick access to a plethora of coffee shops and co-working spaces.

Whether you own a car or prefer getting around on a bike, you’ll appreciate knowing that Water Street by the Park includes 727 secure underground vehicle parking stalls and 566 long-term bicycle parking stalls.

A Convenient Lifestyle

At street level, this remarkable development will feature 45,000 square feet of commercial space for offices, restaurants, grocers, and retail stores.

The downtown location on the corner of Water Street means you’ll find everything you need within walking distance (or a quick bike ride).

Kelowna’s downtown is home to our city’s best coffee shops, craft breweries, restaurants, and entertainment venues like Prospera Place, the home of the Kelowna Rockets. It’s also the best place to immerse yourself in Kelowna’s blossoming underground art and music scene.

We’re excited about the overall impact Water Street by the Park will make on Kelowna’s revitalized downtown core.

About the Team

Water Street by the Park was designed by HDR Architecture, the same firm behind SOPA Square in Kelowna’s South Pandosy.

The towers are being built by North Vancouver-based Orchard Park Properties, a firm co-founded by real estate veterans Apriano Meola and Anthony Beyrouti.

Apriano Meola is the Head of Development and Construction at Orchard Park Properties. Throughout his 25 year career in the construction industry he’s built luxury condos, high rise hotels, and a ton of commercial developments throughout BC and California.

Anthony Beyrouti is the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Acquisitions for Orchard Park Properties. After cutting his teeth with ticket resales in high school, he founded Venue Kings Ticket Broker in 2009, and was voted Entrepreneur of the Year by the City of North Vancouver in 2013.
