Water Street by the Park: On Sale Summer 2021
Water Street by the Park is the newest addition to Kelowna’s rising skyline.

The awe-inspiring triple tower design by HDR Architecture Associates includes 3 towers of 24, 26, and 42 storeys.
When it’s completed, the 42 storey tower will be the tallest building in BC’s interior region at 132.7 meters (442 feet).
Water Street by the Park offers 650 residential condominiums including 1, 2, and 3 bedroom corner units.
Each condo unit has a private 200 square foot terrace. West-facing units will get the best views of Okanagan Lake, downtown Kelowna, and the William R Bennett Bridge.
The 43,000 square feet of exclusive amenities space is one of the most exciting aspects of Water Street by the Park.
A mass timber skybridge running parallel to Water Street will connect the tallest towers, creating a modern outdoor living space that gives residents a fun way to visit the neighbors.

About the Team
Water Street by the Park was designed by HDR Architecture, the same firm behind SOPA Square in Kelowna’s South Pandosy.
The towers are being built by North Vancouver-based Orchard Park Properties, a firm co-founded by real estate veterans Apriano Meola and Anthony Beyrouti.
Apriano Meola is the Head of Development and Construction at Orchard Park Properties. Throughout his 25 year career in the construction industry he’s built luxury condos, high rise hotels, and a ton of commercial developments throughout BC and California.
Anthony Beyrouti is the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Acquisitions for Orchard Park Properties. After cutting his teeth with ticket resales in high school, he founded Venue Kings Ticket Broker in 2009, and was voted Entrepreneur of the Year by the City of North Vancouver in 2013.
