This occasion, the delivery team was exceptional. Very personable and efficient. My only critique was that I was only made aware of the delivery date 2 days prior to delivery and I was only notified via email. Beautiful items, good prices and one of the nicest sales ladies I have met, I have had some really horrible experiences in the Vernon and Kelowna area with rude and pompous staff. I was really happy with my experience here, I felt like I was allowed to wander and look and take my time without pressure. I live outside the area and I need to really plan when shopping as I only get to come once a month. I just wanted to take the time to say that I appreciated the way I was treated here and the help was really genuine, for that reason I will spend my money here when I come back to make a large shop for my b and b.
